Category: This is a Partially Closed meeting. Certain portions of this meeting will be closed to the public because the staff has determined that the information (is proprietary in nature, contains safeguards information, etc.).
Purpose:
The staff will generally discuss its request for additional information (RAI) regarding its review of Purdue's license renewal application dated July 21, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23268A087).
The meeting discussions are aimed at ensuring that there is mutual understanding, by both the applicant and the NRC staff, of the questions in the RAI (ADAMS Accession No. ML24032A474), to allow Purdue staff to adequately respond, and for the NRC staff to adequately and efficiently conduct its review of the application.
