PLA-7804 and 72-28 The purpose of this letter is to transmit Revision 63 to the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station (SSES) Emergency Plan. Revision 63 to the Emergency Plan contains changes that did not require NRC approval. In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5),
Revision 63 to the Emergency Plan does not result in a reduction in effectiveness of the plan. The plan, as changed, continues to satisfy the applicable requirements of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and Appendix E to 10 CFR 50. Revision 63 was effective August 2, 2019.
The specific changes contained in Revision 63 are listed in Enclosure 1. A list of included 10 CFR 50.54(q) screens and evaluations is provided in Enclosure 2. Enclosure 3 is the Emergency Plan Revision 63. The associated 10 CFR 50.54(q) screens and evaluations are in Enclosure 4.
