Document Control Desk PLA-7523 The heat load associated with the identified Dry Shielded Canister (DSC) is less than previously submitted, as such, thetmal perfmmance assessment data discussed in Technical Specification (TS) for Cettificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 1004, Amendment No. 10, Section 1.1. 7, "Special Requirements for First System in Place" is not being submitted as patt of this registration letter.
