On March 12, 2012, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Order EA-12-051, "Order Modifying Licenses with Regard to Reliable Spent Fuel Pool Instrumentation," to PPL Susquehanna, LLC (now known as Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC). This Order was effective immediately and directed Susquehanna Units 1 and 2 to install reliable spent fuel pool instrumentation as outlined in Attachment 2 of the Order. This letter, along with its I

Document Control Desk PLA-7321 enclosures, provides the notification required by § IV.C.3 of the Order that full compliance with the requirements described in Attachment 2 of the Order has been achieved for Susquehanna Units 1 and 2.
The enclosures to this letter contain security related information, and Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC requests that these enclosures be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
