The enclosure to this letter provides an amendment to Table A-I of the SSES License Renewal Application (LRA). This change revises Commitment #60 by updating the commitment such that it is based on the final version of Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2008-30, "Fatigue Analysis of Nuclear Power Plant Components," dated December 16, 2008. Commitment #60, added in response to NRC's Request for Information (RAI) 4.3-11 (Reference 2), was previously based on the proposed RIS 2008-30, dated May 1, 2008. This change was discussed during a teleconference on August 26, 2009 between the NRC and PPL.

There are no new regulatory commitments contained herein. However, License Renewal Commitment #60 is revised as shown in the enclosure.
