The description of changes is included in Attachment 1 while Revision 6 to the Physical Security Plan is included in Attachment 2.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), PPL Susquehanna, LLC has determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and may therefore be made without prior NRC approval.
