PPL will continue to conduct activities regulated by IOCFR71 pursuant to a QA Program that complies with the requirements of 10CFR71, Subpart H - Quality Assurance, by applying the QA requirements of our 10CFR50, Appendix B, program to radioactive material packaging. Since the PPL Operational Quality Assurance Program (described in Susquehanna Steam Electric Station-FSAR Sections 13.4 and 17.2) represents an approved quality assurance program relative to 10CFR50, Appendix B, PPL concludes that it also complies with 10CFR71, Subpart H.
