3 NA CC INSTRU With the unit at 100% power on August 28, 1983, scheduled main turbine stop valve testing was being performed. hhen the last Inain turbine stop valve opened, an MSIV isolation occurred.
A scram followed due to the MSIV's being less than 94% full open.
Grid synchronization was achieved September 2, 1983 at 0353.
