Dear Ms. Henderson:
This is in response to your September 13, 2020, letter responding to the NRCs August 24, 2020, Notice of Violation, Nuclear Regulatory Commission Office of Investigations Report Nos.
2-2018-033 and 2-2019-015. Upon further review of the facts of your case and in light of the January 15, 2021, Commission ruling in CLI-21-03, we are hereby rescinding the August 24, 2020, Notice of Violation.
In accordance with 10 CFR, Section 2.390, of the NRC's Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room and from the NRCs Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS),
accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
