The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding whether a former employee was the subject of discrimination for raising safety concerns.
The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that a former employee was the subject of discrimination for raising safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
