Dear Mr. Stoddard:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has completed their investigation regarding alleged discrimination against a Design Engineer at North Anna for raising safety concerns.
The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate that the individual was discriminated against for raising safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
