Dear Mr. Reedy:
I am writing to inform you of two typographical errors in Mr. Thadani's December 4, 1996, letter to you regarding NRC Generic Letter 96-06. These typographical errors involve documents referenced in the letter and its enclosure. In the second paragraph of the first page of the cover letter, the i NRC Inspection Manual Chapter should be 0720, and not 0730. In the second paragraph on page 4 of the enclosure, one of the reference reports for water-hammer events should be NUREG/CR-5220 and not NUREG/CR-5250. We regret any J
