Enclosed is a copy of NUREG/CR-1013, Use of Process Monitoring Data for the Enhancement of Nuclear Material Control and Accounting and a copy (if NUREG/CR-1073, Use of Process Monitoring Data for Enhancement of Material Control at a High Enriched Uranium Fabrication Facility.
The NUREG/CR-1013 document is a summary of the initial process renitoring work performed by Mound Facility and Science Applications, Inc., for the NRC. This sumary document has been made available to the general public and was the basis for the presentation at last year's annual INMM meeting.
The second document, NUREG/CR-1073, which covers details of your highly enriched uranium operations, has been withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790.
Further, the document has been classified Confidential-Restricted Data.
