SUBJECT:
ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. R-102 - THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued Amendment No. 3 for Facility Operating License No. R-102 for the University.of New Mexico AGN-201M reactor in response to the application for renewal dated June 2,1986, as supplemented. This amendment renews the operating license for twenty years from its date of issuance.
In accordance with our practice, we have restated the license in its entirety, incorporating all the changes and amendments made since the issuance of the L
original license.
Enclosed with the amended license is a copy of the Finding of No Significant Environmental Impact that has been published in the Federal Register, a copy of the Notice of Renewal that is being sent to the Federal Register for publication, the Environmental Assessment, and the Safety Evaluation Report (NUREG-1224) associated with the renewal.
