Copies of the Finding published in the Federal Register on May 23, 1985, announcing its availability to the public, and the supporting Environmental Assessment are enclosed.

You are hereby advised that any requests for amendment to this license should be submitted in the form of replacement pages to the Conditions Sections and, if necessary, to the Safety Demonstrations Section with the changes or new items clearly identified.

The Materials and Plant Protection Amendnent issued pursuant to 10 CFR Parts 70 and 73, and the Certificates of Compliance issued pursuant to 10 CFR Part 71 are not affected by this licensing action and remain in effect.
