Dear Ms. Scott:
Per our conversation of June 8, 1989, I am sending you some background documents on the combination LOCA issue which may be of interest to you.
As I explained to you, the missing table in NUREG-0937 is as big a mystery to me as is to you. Mr. Jukka Laaksonen, the principle author of the report, was at the NRC at the time on a training assignment from the Government of Finland. If anyone has the missing table, Mr. Laaksonen might. I am currently trying to locate him and as I promised, I will give you a call shortly after I contact him.
I am sorry I cannot find the missing page, and I hope the enclosed documents can perhaps provide the information you are looking for.
