C., and in the Richland Public Library, Swift and Northgate Streets, Richland, Washington. The Draf t Statement is also being nade available at the Office of the Governor, Planning and Comunity Affairs Agency, 400 Capitol Center Building, Olyrvia, Washington, and at the Benton - Franklin Govern-nental Conference, P.O. Paox 217, Richland, Washington.

Federal and State agencies are being pro-vided with copies of the applicant's Environmental Report and the Draft Environmental Statement (local agencies may obtain these documents upon request). Coments are due by June 28, 1982 Comments by Federal, State and local officials, or other persons received by the Comission will be made available for public inspection at the Commis-sion's Public Document Roon in Washington, D.
