ORLAS REVISIONS FOR VOLUME 1, NO. 5 Various revisions to non-computer originated pages for NUREG-0748 included in this edition are summarized as follows:
Section 1 Table I - New information and a code to contractor abbreviations have been added.
Table M - Information has been updated.
Table N - Completed tasks have been dhleted and new ones added. The title has been changed to identify that the list only includes active items.
Table 0 - New items have been added.
Table P - This is a new table that summarizes the prc:vess on implementation of USI's for which technical resolution is complete.
Section 2 Tables F and G - Both tables have been completely revised to new formats.
In addition to the above changes, Section 4 (Multiplant Actions Descriptions and Status) has not been reprinted in this edition since we have been able to accomplish only minor changes since the last edition. We are considering various ways to improve upon the first effort in providing this information and will possibly have a completely revised section in the next edition.
In the last edition of the report we added the names and telephone numbers of Lead Project Managers for each Multiplant Issue in Table H of Section 1.
They have not been repeated in this edition but will reappear permanently in the next edition.
Presently, we are considering additional changes to this NUREG that would enhance its utility. For example, some users have suggested l

2 that we change to a loose leaf format so that we need only issue revised pages with each edition.
