Dear Members of the Board:
By letter dated June 5,1980, Staff counsel transmitted to the Board and the Parties copies of the NRC Staff's Environmental Impact Appraisal (EIA) for the proposed renewal of Materials License SNM-1265 for the General Electric Company's Morris Operation Fuel Storage Facility.
Enclosed are additional copies of the EIA, which are designated as NUREG-0595.
The only difference between the enclosed copies of the EIA and those previously transmitted is that the enclosed copies are bound and bear the NUREG desig-nation.
