In your letter you. state that your request-for the Rogovin report is "simplyf another renewal of our request of August 25, 1979."
With respect to your requests for the Rogovin report, in our response:to your request of August 25, 1979, we stated that since it had not yet been iss'ued,.we could not'then provide you with a copy of the report.
Subsequently, upon issuance of the report, a' copy of Vol. I of the report was provided to you and parties to'al1J NRC adjudicatory proceedings as part of-a January 29, 1980 distribution to adjudicatory boards and parties in the form of a '" Board j
Notification." Vol.1 II of the report is being printed in final form and a
' copy will be furnished to you upon issuance.
The final version of "NRC Staff Action Plans" is being prepared and a copy will be provided to you upon.isst.ance of the document. ~
