To consider a revision of the Report Discussion:
Attached is a new version of the section 14b Report.
This matter was discussed at Commissicn meetings on March 13 and 14.

After the March 14 meeting, the Commission asked that the Report be revised by State Programs taking the Commission's discussion into account.
The Office of Policy Evaluation was also asked to prepare a new version of the Report's Findings and Recommendations.

The OSP and OPE revisions were reconciled after a number of discussions.
The new version of the Report is supported and con-curred in by the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards and by the Office of Policy Evaluation.
The Office of Executive Legal Director has no legal objection.
