notice is hereby given that a Draft Supplement to the Final Environmental Statement (NUREG-0530) prepared by the Commission's Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation related to alternative sites to the proposed construc-tion of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2, to be located in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, is available for inspection by the public

. in the Commission's Public Document Room at 1717 H Street, N.W.,

Washington, D.C. and in the Plymouth Public Library, North Street, a

Plymouth, Massachusetts. The Draft Supplement is also being made available at the Office of State Planning, John McCormack Building, 1 Ashburton Place, Boston, Masscchusetts, and at the Old Colony Planning Council, 232 Main Street, Brockton, Massachusetts. Requests for copies of the Draf t Supplement should be addressed to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, D.C., Attention: Director, Division of Site Safety and Environmental Analysis.

The Applicant's Environmental Report, as supplemented, submitted by Boston Edison Company, the staff's Draft and Final Environmental Statements, and a letter dated January 25, 1979 from Mr. Nicholas C. Yost, General Counsel, Council on Environmental Quality are also available for public inspection at the above designated locations.

the Draft Supplement to the Final Environmental Statement for the Commission's consideration. Federal and State agencies are being i

provided with copies of the Draf t Supplement (local agencies may obtain r these documents upon request. In accordance with the January 25, 1979

letter from Mr. Nicholas C. Yost, General Counsel, Council on Environ-mental Quality, to Harold R. Denton, Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the comment period will be 30 days. Comments are due by March 26, 1979. Comments by Federal, ,
