Thank you for your recent letter concerning the changes that have occurred since the Clinch River Breeder Reactor Plant Environmental Statement (NUREG-0139) was issued in February 1977.

We have been assessing these and other changes and their environmental significance from the time licensing activities for the Clinch River Plant were resumed in the fall of 19dl. The results of that assessment will be documented in a report which is scheduled to be issued soon.

A copy of that report will be sent to you when it becomes available.
