Enclosed is Revision 2 to WCAP-14171, WCOBRA/ TRAC Applicability To AP600 Large-Break Loss Of Coolant Accident. This revision supersedes Revision 1 of the report. Section 1.1 incorporates the limits of applicability requested by FSER Open item 440.810F (Opca item 6606). Appendix A includes the additional information requested by FSER Open item 440.811F (Open Item 6607). Therefore, the L
