Enclosed is Westinghouse's revised response to RAI 440.576 related to comments from the Reactor Systems Branch on WCAP-14252 OSU Final Data Report and WCAP-14292 OSU Test Analysis Report. This revised response is the jesult of additional questions asked by the staff in your letter of March 28,1997.
This submittal closes, from Westinghouse's perspective, open item 3401. As a result, the Westinghouse status column will be changed to " Action N" in the Open item Tracking System (OITS).
j The NRC should review this response and inform Westinghouse of the status of these open items to be designated in the "NRC Status" column of the OITS.
The Westinghouse Electric Company, a division of CBS Corporation (" Westinghouse"), copyright notice, proprietary information notice, application for withholding and affidavit are also attached.
