Enclosed are draft sections of the NOTRUMP verification and validation report which is scheduled for completion by December 17, 1996. The draft sections are provided in advance of the final V&V l
rcport to assist and facilitate the staff review of this document. The submittal of these sections has

been discussed with the technical staff. The enclosed sections are in a final form and we anticipate no changes to this document prior to its incorporation into the full report. Enclosure 1 provides section 5 i
l which includes discussion of the NOTRUMP analysis of the AP600 Automatic Depressurization System separate effects tests. Enclosure 2 provides section 6 which includes discussion of the AP600 Core Makeup Tank separate effects tests.
t The completion of sections 5 and 6 of the NOTRUMP V&V report addresses and completes Westinghouse actions toward closure of SDSER open item 21.6.2.5-3.
