items 1316 through 1322 and 2063 and completes Westinghouse activities related to NUREG-0711

Element 2. In addition, a table is attached to this transmittal letter which lists the DSER Chapter 18 l
open items which are repeated as DSER Chapter 20 open items, all of which are also closed by this i
transmittal.

DSER open item 1319 is also closed since a copy of the eight references for Table 3 of the attached
-WCAP are now available for audit in the Westinghouse Rockville 1.icensing Office.
By Reference 1, Westinghouse was requested to review NUREG-0711 Appendix B and Reference 2 i
the NRC with a list of differences. A fax was transmitted to the NRC on 4/24/95 which listed those

NSD-NRC-%-4845 DCP/NRC0626 October 17, 1996 Messrs. Span and Kerch of Westinghouse and Messrs. liuffman and.Bongarra of the NRC was held on June 19, 1995. During this telecon, agreement was reached as to which items were to be included in OER Table I with simply a reference to the telecon that these issues were dropped. As evidenced in Reference 3, no review comments were provided which are contrary to this agreement.
As discussed in Reference 4, this transmittal completes Westinghouse activities related to NUREG-0711. It also closes all DSER Chapter 18 open items which are not associated and assigned to the ITAACs and enables the NRC to complete Chapter 18 of the AP600 FSER.
