The enclosure to this letter provides a report which is referenced in the Westinghouse response to RAI l
440.120 (July 18,1996 letter) addressing boron dilution events for the AP600. The report was requested by NRC staff to support your review of the RAI response. The enclosed report was l
prepared by R. Macian, K. Ivanov and G. Robinson of Penn State University and is titled " Analysis l
of 13oron Dilution Transients in the AP600."
