POINT BEACH NRC 2016-0046 10 CFR 50.54(q) 10 CFR 72.44(f)
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5) and 10 CFR 72.44(f), NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra) hereby submits a description of changes to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant (PBNP)
Emergency Plan and a summary of the analysis demonstrating that the changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the plan. The plan continues to meet the requirements in 10 CFR 50 Appendix E and the planning standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b). The changes were incorporated in the following procedure issued September 28, 2016 at PBNP:
EP Appendix M, Matrix for Emergency Preparedness Equipment, Revision 8 Description of Changes and Summary of Analysis EP Appendix M was revised due to editorial changes.
These changes were evaluated in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(3) and it was determined that these changes did not reduce the effectiveness of the PBNP Emergency Plan.
