DPR-24 and DPR-27 Revision To Security Plan Enclosed is Revision 9 of the Point Beach Nuclear Plant (PBNP) Physical Security Plan (PSP). contains a description of, and justification for, the changes included in Revision 9. contains Revision 9 of the PSP.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), NextEra Energy, Point Beach (NextEra) LLC, has determined that the changes contained in Revision 9 do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PBNP PSP.
Information contained in the enclosures to this document has been classified as Safeguards Information. Therefore, NextEra requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
