DPR-24 and DPR-27 Technical Requirements Manual Change Summary In accordance with 10 CFR 50.71 (e), NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra), is submitting changes made to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Technical Requirements Manual (TRM).

Enclosure 1 contains the TRM change summary for the period July I, 2008, through December 31,2008. NextEra previously submitted the TRM change summary for January I, 2008, through June 30,2008, on June 30,2008 (ML081830355).

This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.

10/03/08 TRM 3.5. I 3.5.1-4 Changed the minimum boric acid storage tank (BAST) temperatures for each boric acid solution concentration listed in Table 3.5.1-1. Changed Reference (4) to state that the BAST temperature limits include instrument uncertainty based upon new parametric value calculation.

Removed Reference (5).

3.5.1-7 Removed last two sentences in TSR 3.5.1 .Iof SURVEILLANCE REQUIRMENTS section, based upon new parametric value calculation.

10115/08 TRM 4.3 4.3-1 Removed References 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, and 3.10, and renumbered remaining sections, based upon cancelations and revisions to plant procedures.

4.3-2 Removed References to NP 10.2.1, NP 10.2.2, NP 10.2.4, TRPR 34.0, TRPR 11.0 and TRQM 34.3.86, in Section 5.0, based upon cancelations and revisions to plant procedures.

4.3-3 Removed Reference to NQAP in section 9.0. Changed reference from manager-Chemistryto Chemistry group manager in Section 10.0.
