DPR-24 and DPR-27 Response to Regulatory Information Summary 2008-16, "Preparation and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations" On June 27,2008, the NRC issued Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2008-1 6. RIS 2008-1 6 requests that each licensee provide an update of operator licensing examination information for calendar years 2009 through 2012.
The enclosure to this letter provides the FPL Energy Point Beach, LLC, response for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant.
There are no new regulatory commitments or revisions to existing commitments contained in the enclosure of this letter.
