Reference 1 transmitted "Confirmatory Action Letter (CAL) 3-04-001." The 28 steps to commitment OR-01-004 are part of the Human Performance Excellence Plan. The steps discuss the use of the "Picture of Excellence" and "ACEMAN attributes.
With the transfer of ownership to FPL Energy, LLC, FPL Energy Point Beach, LLC will be adopting the FPL Group Nuclear Fleet Excellence Model. The attributes of the fleet excellence models are, Self Improving Culture and Learning Organization, and Prevention Detection Correction Model. It is not the intention to substitute the Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) Picture of Excellence Model and the ACEMAN attributes as a sustainable commitment.
The adoption of the Self Improving Culture and Learning Organization, and Prevention Detection Correction model establishes FPL Energy Point Beach as part of a fleet organization that recognizes a strong internal obligation to human performance principles. The FPL Group Model is one that promotes a healthy organization and sustains effectiveness in promoting continuous performance improvement.
