DPR-24 and DPR-27 Point Beach Nuclear Plant Security Plan Revision 3 Enclosed is Revision 3 of the Point Beach Nuclear Plant (PBNP) Security Plan. contains a description of, and justification for, the changes included in Revision 3. Enclosure 2 contains Revision 3 of the Security Plan. Enclosure 3 contains Revision 1 of Appendices A, C and D of the Plan.
Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) has determined that the changes contained in Revision 3 do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PBNP Security Plan. Accordingly, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
Information contained in the enclosures to this document has been classified as Safeguards Information. Therefore, NMC requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21(c).
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
