DPR-24 and DPR-27 NRC Reaulatorv Issue Summary 2004-10 Preoaration and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations On June 14, 2004, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued NRC Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2004-10, "Preparation and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations." The RIS informs licensees of the NRC staffs need for information on projected site-specific operator licensing examination schedules and estimated numbers of applicants planning to take operator licensing examinations and the NRC's generic fundamentals examinations (GFEs).

Enclosed is the Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) response to RIS 2004-10.

The NMC response is tabulated on NRC Form 536 as requested. This response is being voluntarily submitted to the NRC by NMC.

This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
