Detroit Edison Response to the NRC Operational Safeguards Resoonse Evaluation (OSRE) Report (TAC No. 94579)
By letter dated September 11,1996 (Reference 2), the NRC transmitted the results of the Operational Safeguards Response Evaluation conducted at the Fermi 2 site in March 1996. In this letter the NRC requested that Detroit Edison provide a response, within 90 days of receipt of the letter, to a concern identified in Section 2.1.3.2 of the report.
