Radiological Emergency Response Preparedness Plan (RERP Plan). Please note that i
Revision 13 has been canceled (Reference 2).
This revision is the result of updates to three letters of agreement with offsite support agencies. Updated were the agreements with Frenchtown Fire Department, Oakwood United Hospitals Inc. (Seaway Hospital), and General Electric. The General Electric Agreement is a copy of Revision 4 to SIL 324.
Revision 14 to the RERP Plan has been reviewed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q) and approved by the Onsite Review Organization in accordance with Technical Specification 6.5. The changes made in this revision are described in, " Effectiveness Review Documentation," and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan. The Plan, including Revision 14, continues to meet the requirements and standards Of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
