Response to Request for Information Pertaining to a Security Inquiry dated Jene 29, 1994 Reference 2 contained a request for documents prepared pertaining to an investigation involving a security officer and security supervisor in reference to an incident that occurred on January 15, 1994 and any subsequent investigation documents as a result of that incident.
Attached are the requested documents provided by the Director, Nuclear Security regarding the specific incident. This attachment contains details of a personnel nature requiring confidentiality and therefore must be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR2.79.0.
