_ualification Plan (Revision 11)
Q In accordance with 10CFR50.54(f)(2), Detroit Edison hereby submits Revision 11 to the Fermi 2 Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan (SPT&QP).
This revision makes changes to the olan to add that personnel responsible for security course material development, revision, and instruction are exempt from taking written examinations for their own requalification. A summary of changes made by Revisinn 11 to Fermi 2's SPT&QP is provided. Only Chapter 3 and the Table of Contents as changed by Revision 11 are being submitted.
All changes to the text are highlighted (shaded). The changes made by this revision do not decrease the effectiveness of the Fermi 2 Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan.
