Submittal of Revision 8 to the Fermi 2 Radiological Emergency Response Preparedness Plan Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q), Detroit Edison hereby submits Revision 8 to the Radiological Emergency Response Preparedness Plan (RERP) for Fermi 2 and the Effectiveness Review. Revision 8 to the RERP Plan has been reviewed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q) and approved by the

Onsite Review Organization in accordance with Technical Specification 6.5.
This information is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b) (5) (ii).
In addition, controlled copies of Revision 8 have previously been sent under separate cover to the NRC Document j
Control Desk, the Region III Incident Response Center, and the Site Inspector.
This revision represents changes resulting from organizatione.1 realignment implemented at Fermi 2.
The scope of the revision is primarily to change the Detroit Edison operating organization in Figure B-1 and the position titles in Table B-2.
The changes made in this revision are described in Enclosure 1, 'Ef fectiveness Review
'f Documentation," and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan.
The Plan, including Revision 8 continues to meet the standards of
- y 10 CFR 50.47 (b) and the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix E.
