Submittal of Fermi 2 Physic-U Security Plan--
(Revision-19)
The purpose of this letter is to submit the Fermi 2 Physical Security -
Plan (Revision' 19) in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p)(2).l Chapter 3 of.
Revision 19 incorporates implementation of the access authorization
~
program at Fermi _ 2 as required by the Final Rule = on 10 CFR Part 73 '
(Reference 2)' and as' committed-by Detroit Edison -in Reference 3.
All elements of Regulatory Guide 5.66 have been impismented to satisfy the requirements of 10CFR73.56.--
In addition. Chapter 1. has been revised to update-the-reporting relationships of Fermi 2 Nuclear Security Organization. A revision
_ summary of che-changes made by Revision 19 to the. Fermi 2 Physical.
LSecurity Plan is provided. Only: Chapters 1 and 3 as changed by Revision _19 are being submit ted. -- All - changes ' to the - text are 1
highlighted (chaded). The changes made under.this revision do not decrease the ef fectiveness of the Fetmi 2 Physical. Security Plan.
