Alternate Monitoring Method.
Indication from Division 1 CHRRMS has been verified and will serve as the alternate monitoring method for Division 2 CHRRMS until it is restored to operability.
Apparent Cause of Inoperability.
The cause for inoperability was due to the plant taking the equipment offline to implement Engineering Design Package (EDP) 70198, to replace Div. 2 CHRRMS Radiation Monitor/Power Supply. The plant modification is near completion waiting for connection to Integrated Process Computer System (IPCS) and Post Maintenance Testing (PMT). This modification is being completed under Work Order (WO) number 50366168.
Plan/Schedule to restore operability.
The current time to restore Division 2 CHRRMS is February 20, 2026.
