USNRC NRC-24-0040 Page 2 The NRC Project Manager has identified that Reference 4 did not document if the supplement information impacted the No Significant Hazards Consideration conclusion from the LAR (Reference 1). This letter is being submitted to document that DTE has reviewed the information suppo1ting a finding of No Significant Hazards Consideration and the Environmental Consideration provided to the NRC in Sections 4.4 and 5.0 of Attachment 1-1 of the Reference 1 LAR. The supplement information provided in Reference 4 does not affect the bases for concluding that the proposed license amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration. In addition, the reference information provided in the Reference 4 letter does not affect the bases for concluding that neither an environmental impact statement nor an environmental assessment needs to be prepared in connection with the proposed amendment.
No new commitments are being made in this submittal.
Should you have any questions or require additional information, please contact Mr. Eric Frank at (734) 586-4772.
I declare under penalty of pe1jury that the foregoing is true and correct.
