Request for Regulatory Conference In Reference 2, the NRC documented a finding that has the potential for a significance of greater than Green as determined by the Physical Protection Significance Determination Process (SDP). The letter provided DTE Electric Company (DTE) with the opportunity to request a Regulatory Conference to present its perspectives on the facts and assumptions used by the NRC to arrive at the finding and its significance.
DTE appreciates the opportunity to meet with the NRC on this issue and hereby requests a Regulatory Conference to present additional facts and information for the NRC to consider in determining the significance of this finding. This request has been verbally communicated to the Fermi 2 Senior Resident Inspector and Mr. Donald E.
Funk of Region III on 03/26/2014.
