SUMMARY

The plant operated at full power during the month (excluding small power reductions for required surveillance testing) with the following exception:

Commenced planned power reduction to 65 percent on March 26, 2004, for scram time testing, bypass valve testing, and scheduled maintenance. Power was restored to 100 percent on March 28, 2004.
