Revision 42, in accordance with OCFR50.54(p)(2).

Chapters 1, 3, and the Table of Contents are being submitted. A summary of the changes made in the PSP Revision 42 is also provided. Additionally, changes to the text are highlighted ). Deleted text is not identified with markings. The changes made under this revision do not decrease the overall effectiveness of the PSP.
