Revision 40, in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p)(2).
Chapters 1, 2, 4, Figure 1-1, the Table of Contents, and the List of Tables/Figures are being submitted. A summary of the changes made in the PSP Revision 40 is also provided. Additionally, changes to the text are highlighted (shaded). Deleted text is not identified with markings. The changes made under this revision do not decrease the overall effectiveness of the PSP.
