Chapters 2, 3, Figure 2-9, the Table of Contents, and the List of Tables/Figures are being submitted. A summary of the changes made in the PSP, Revision 39, is also provided. Additionally, changes to the text are highlighted (
). Deleted text is not identified with markings. The changes made under this revision do not decrease the overall effectiveness of the PSP.
