February 29, 2016 NOC-AE-1 6003346 10 CFR Part 50 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555-000 1 South Texas Project Units 1 and 2 Docket No. STN 50-498 and STN 50-499 Voluntary Response to Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2015-16 Revision 1, Planned Licensinq Action Submittals for all Power Reactor Licensees Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2015-16 Revision 1, Planned Licensing Action Submittals for all Power Reactor Licensees, dated January 15, 2016, requested licensees to provide information regarding the licensing actions that are planned to be submitted to the NRC staff for review over the next 2 calendar years and power uprate applications planned over the next 5 years.
The requested information is strictly voluntary. The NRC staff plans to use the information in allocating its resources for licensing reviews.
STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) is providing a listing of planned licensing actions over the next 2 years for the South Texas Project (STP) Units 1 and 2.
The enclosure reflects the current target dates for the STPNOC submittals. These target dates are subject to change. Also, operational considerations may result in the addition of licensing actions that are not currently itemized in the attachment.
As requested in RIS 2015-16 Revision 1, a copy of this letter and the attachment are being provided to NRC_LicensingSurvey@NRC.gov.
