STN 50-498 and STN 50-499 Annual Fitness for Duty Performance Report for 2014 Pursuant to 10CFR26.717, 10CFR26.719 and 10CFR26.203, the STP Nuclear Operating Company has submitted Fitness for Duty (FFD) program performance data and instances of fatigue waivers during 2014 for the South Texas Project. Data files were submitted electronically via the NRC FFD Program Performance Data Reporting System internet website on February 3, and February 10, 2015. The general form submission numbers are #4046, #4121, #4122, and #4123.
